As a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), it has always concerned me that small employers do not always have the Human Resource support and knowledge they need to protect themselves and to help their business grow and thrive. Small employers often do not have the needed HR resources policies in place to comply with laws and practices applicable to their business, and find themselves unequipped to handle employee related problems. This may leave them out of compliance and liable.
My service is provided on an as-needed-basis. You can select which services you want and only pay for what you need, when you need it. I can provide:
- Documentation: Customized materials, such as handbooks, job descriptions, application and forms.
- Training: On-site training for owners, supervisors, administrative assistants and employees is available on a variety of Human Resource topics.
- Support: I can offer individualized one-to-one customer service. When problems do arise you can consult with an HR Professional who has over 25 years of HR Management experience.
