Legal forms to protect Seniors. Medical Surrogate, Power of Attorney and Living Will.

Welcome to Leslie Ann’s Corner.

I would like to use this blog to be able to share information and useful hints, not only with our Seniors but also with their families, to help navigate the complicated system of preparing for all contingencies and not be in crisis mode at a stressful time.

I welcome all questions on our contact page and will answer, with the advice of professionals in that field  to be of assistance.

We will discuss legal paperwork, medical and health issues and share advice from families and experts to make it a forum for ideas and solutions.

One of the most important subjects is the legal paperwork that I feel we should all have and that many elder care attorneys can draw up.  Power of Attorney for Financial Matters, Medical Surrogate form, Living Will, Will and Testament  and these should be reviewed every few years and a copy held with the attorney.

Greetings from Ohio! I’m bored at work so I decided to browse your website on my iphone during lunch break. I enjoy the information you present here and can’t wait to take a look when I get home. I’m shocked at how fast your blog loaded on my cell phone .. I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyhow, wonderful blog!

  • Do you mind if I quote a couple of your articles as long as I provide credit and sources back to your webpage? My blog is in the exact same area of interest as yours and my visitors would definitely benefit from some of the information you present here. Please let me know if this okay with you. Thank you!
